Aerial Recovery Kits (ARK and UMARK) for Rotary-Wing Aircraft & RPAS
Barry designs and manufactures aerial recovery systems used to retrieve inoperative helicopters and/or RPAS which may find themselves on the ground, either on their landing gear, sideways or upside down, with parts broken off, etc. Such a system enables safe and efficient recovery of crashed or inoperative aircraft in all terrains, regardless of the condition of the damage.
Barry is an approved supplier of the Unit Maintenance Aircraft Recovery Kit (UMARK) and fabricates critical components for this system. We have contributed to the design, analysis, fabrication, assembly, kitting, and airworthiness certification of this system. This system was developed to recover AH-64, CH-47, OH-58 A, C, D, UH-60-UH72, and MQ-1.
Barry offers simplified Aerial Recovery Kits (ARK) for other aircraft models and collaborates with the end-user team to develop Airworthy products with a proven methodology.
