Barry D.E.W. Line® HEC Lanyards

The Barry D.E.W. Line® – HL-NF34B lineman lanyards are designed to be integrated as part of a PCDS for Class D / HEC.

Available in stiffer doubled assembly for lengths up to 3’ (0.9 m) and more flexible single assembly for longer lengths, with a choice of termination options, these lanyards offer versatility for connecting to a HEC longline or hoist system.

• Constructed using insulating rope
• Multiple termination options to suit diverse connection needs
• High strength with Working Load Limit (WLL) of 310 lb (140 kg)

Applications

• HEC (Human External Cargo) Longline Systems: Adds insulating distance for linemen during aerial operations
• Hoist Systems: Used as an insulating link between the hoist hook and personnel

Fully doubled assembly:

• 2’ (0.6 m)
• 2’-6” (0.75 m)
• 3’ (0.9 m)

Standard single assembly:

• 5’ (1.5 m)
• 6’ (1.8 m)
• 10’ (3.0 m)
• 15’ (4.6 m)
• 20’ (6.1 m)

Note: Lengths are measured at thimble bearing points. Account for an extra 6.5” per hook, if applicable.
