  • CRM and online store management: HubSpot Inc. — data processed on servers located in Canada (region na3). HubSpot is contractually required to protect your data and use it solely within the scope of services provided to us.
  • Analytics platforms: Google Search Console (Google LLC) — used solely for website indexation verification. No visitor tracking data is collected.
  • E-commerce platform: Shopify Inc. — servers located in Canada and the United States. Shopify is bound by applicable data protection agreements.
  • Logistics and delivery partners to ensure you receive your orders
  • To comply with legal requirements, including when requested by competent authorities

All third-party service providers are required to protect your data and use it only within the scope of the services they provide to us.

Cross-Border Transfers

Some of our service providers (including Shopify) may process or store your personal information outside of Quebec or Canada, including in the United States. Before transferring personal information outside Quebec, we conduct a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) as required by Law 25, and we ensure that adequate contractual safeguards are in place to protect your information.
