Key account manager (sales representative). Specialist in the sale of Barry's industrial and professional products, helicopter external load, safety nets and rope systems.

Job Description:

Our key account manager are responsible for contributing to B2B sales growth in their region through new customer acquisition, customer retention and exploring growth opportunities with existing customer-base.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues and partners to find solutions, propose Barry products, deliver exceptional service and contribute to the company’s sales objectives and growth
  • Develop long-lasting, quality relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements, and providing technical and sales supports
  • Develop new clients in your region through tradeshows, referrals, marketing leads, research and cold-calls

  • Possibility of 1-2 expos per year (weekend)

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bilingual English & French an asset
  • High-level autonomy and organization
  • Flexibility to travel (site visits, tradeshows, etc.)
  • Car and driver’s license (travel expenses are covered)
  • Product and market knowledge of your sector and a fast learner with strong desire to grow
  • Passion for problem-solving and delivering great sales experience

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • College or University Degree an asset
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the industrial or similar sector
  • Proficiency with Office Suite, CRM and other sales/virtual collaboration tools
