Over the last few years, many European helicopter operators in the HESLO industry (helicopter external sling load operations) are requiring CE certified equipment. This is in response to broad regulations to ensure conformity with European safety, health and environmental protection standards.
As of March 2020, most of our helicopter longline product offering includes CE Markings to indicate conformity with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and are additionally supported by our Airworthiness Analysis to requirements of EASA CS-27.865 and 29.865. A CE declaration specific to longline model can be made available with each order going to the European Union.
As with all of our helicopter external load products, our CE certified longlines are individually serialized and include an in-depth user manual, transport bag and COC. We also are pleased to offer product inspection training for all levels, and 24/7 product support.
