Key account manager - Customer development and loyalty
Job offer:
Key account manager (sales representative). Specialist in the sale of Barry's industrial and professional products, helicopter external load, safety nets and rope systems.
Job Description:
Our key account manager are responsible for contributing to B2B sales growth in their region through new customer acquisition, customer retention and exploring growth opportunities with existing customer-base.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues and partners to find solutions, propose Barry products, deliver exceptional service and contribute to the company’s sales objectives and growth
- Develop long-lasting, quality relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements, and providing technical and sales supports
- Develop new clients in your region through tradeshows, referrals, marketing leads, research and cold-calls

- Possibility of 1-2 expos per year (weekend)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bilingual English & French an asset
- High-level autonomy and organization
- Flexibility to travel (site visits, tradeshows, etc.)
- Car and driver’s license (travel expenses are covered)
- Product and market knowledge of your sector and a fast learner with strong desire to grow
- Passion for problem-solving and delivering great sales experience
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- College or University Degree an asset
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the industrial or similar sector
- Proficiency with Office Suite, CRM and other sales/virtual collaboration tools
